I was driving through the desert of New Mexico. I couldn’t find a radio station to save my life. Then, I started singing. And then I began thanking God for the gift of music, radio or not! Then I began singing this song. I sang it into a cheap handheld recorder. Thank God for places where radio waves can’t find you.
This song is appropriate any time the community celebrates. The Holy Spirit of God is the Source of all our music, and as St Augustine says, “He who sings prays twice.” Therefore, it is a beautiful song of praise to the Holy Spirit of God inspiring all our celebrations. This piece of music celebrates the joy of the music ministry, and is pure gratitude to God for that call
