KNOW AND RESPECT THE LAW: Moses and the Burning Within is fully protected under US Copyright Laws and must be licensed before the music is used or the musical may be performed.

Once you have perused the musical, our licensing process is both easy and affordable:

• Download the one page License Form, fill it out and fax it back to 210-733-5033.
  • We’ll review your License Form and send it back to you approved.
• Your license is valid for one year (12 months) from the approval date :
  • During this year, you will choose a “window” of 14 calendar days during which to perform the musical in your community.
  • Your license allows for 3 performances during this 14 calendar day window.
  • Want to do more than 3 performances during this window?  No problem.  For a small fee per additional performance ($150) you can schedule additional shows.
• License fee is based upon the total audience that attends your shows (i.e. sum of all performances) and is as follows:
  • For total audiences of less than 1,000 people, the License fee is $850.
  • For total audiences of 1,001 to 1,500 people, the License fee is $1,000.
  • For total audiences of more than 1,500 people, please call us.
• No rental or royalty fees.
